Students registered on this programme must wear the necessary uniform when required.

There should be no speech, hearing or sight disability for registration to this programme.

For registration to this programme, a Health Report from a general state hospital in Turkey or a hospital recommended by this university showing there is no physical or mental barrier to performing this occupation either within the period of education or after it.

Students can participate in the 8th semester Intern Programme if the necessary conditions are met and quotas are available. These students will pass their 8th semester in organizations related to their programme.

Students registered on this course will have preparatory language education on the main Aydın Campus.

Preparatory Language education is in Aydın city centre, departmental education is in Kuşadası.

Students to be enrolled in this programme; need to obtain a health report from a state or university hospital certifying there is no physical or mental barrier to obtaining a driving licence (The student's height and weight should be specified in this report); must be over 17 years of age before 30 September 2019 as it is necessary to drive in the second year; male students must be taller than 1.65 m and females over 1.60 m; weight should be of not more than a maximum of 5 or less than a minimum of 15 kilos of the final two numbers of the student’s height and must have the physical ability to carry a patient on a stretcher with a colleague as part of rescue and transportation work.

Students registered on these courses will be required to give annual payment for materials and equipment used in practical courses.

Candidates applying to departments with aptitude tests MUST attend and pass the relevant aptitude test carried out on dates to be announced later on www.adu.edu.tr

Aptitude Test Required.

Students who enroll at this program and cannot successfully complete the preparatory class within two years despite continuing to study in the foreign language preparatory class are dismissed from the program. Students who are unsuccessful in the preparatory class and are dismissed from the program can enroll at an equivalent program, if available, in their own higher education institution whose language of instruction is Turkish. However, upon request, these students can be placed in one of the programs whose language of instruction is Turkish, provided that the relevant score from the student's YKS scores is not lower than the base score required for enrolling in the program to which they will be placed, as of the year of registration, for one time only, by the Presidency of the Student Selection and Placement Center.

The compulsory one-year Preparatory Program is applied in the language of instruction of the program, and those who pass the proficiency exam in the language at the end of the program are directly enrolled in the first grade. The preparatory class is not included in the years shown in the teaching period column.

Students who are placed in programs whose medium of instruction is a foreign language (English/French/German) and whose Turkish proficiency level is at least B1 in addition to their foreign language proficiency can start their education in the program they are placed in. Students who are placed in programs whose medium of instruction is entirely a foreign language must provide at least B1 level Turkish language proficiency in addition to the language proficiency requirement for the medium of instruction of the program they are placed in.
